Warrior Publishing was resurrected in 2013 in order to ensure that ”Unscramble Your Nest Egg’ would be distributed far and wide, in both print and ebook editions. In addition, to ensure the full resources of the worldwide web and online technology were harnessed in helping readers maximize the advice presented in this book, especially online calculators that would tally their financial payoff.
First incarnation of Warrior Publishing was in 1988 for the publication for “How To Unscramble Your Nest Egg” (similar name, different topic). Aim of that book was to warn readers that the interest rate of a mortgage is misleading; on a cash basis, its true and effective cost is actually much higher. Aim of the current book is quite different; it’s to tell readers about the tried-and-true benefits of leaving the last 10-15 years of their career free of mortgage payments, earmarking former mortgage payments for saving and investment accounts instead. The result will be a cash nest egg that’s big enough to retire with financial security and peace of mind.
